We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful beach that was just steps away from our room. The staff were super accommodating, and they even allowed us to bring our beloved pet along, which made our stay even more special.

In my wife's opinion, a better pet policy would help families with children.

The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach in the Golden Zone, making it incredibly convenient for exploring local restaurants and activities. The communication breakdown was frustrating, especially since I wasn't informed about the pool rules at check-in. Despite the incident, the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hot waffles at breakfast were a game changer! Plus, the view from my Junior Suite was absolutely stunning, and the location was prime—right by the beach and tons of great eateries nearby. 🌊🍽️

On the flip side, the shower was a bit moody—took ages to heat up and sometimes felt like a water hose. But the fun vibes of Mazatlan kept our spirits high!
